Ghinis French Cafe

Chef Ghini is now teaching the boys and girls club the essentials of the culinary arts. Chef Ghini is cooking alongside our fabulous youth, teaching them the beauty of culinary arts, nutrition, sanitation and so much more. A mini culinary school right here in Tucson, for the not so priveleged. These kids, the great majority of them, don't have any parents around to cook them meals, Chef Ghini felt a need to help them fend for themselves, and learn a few wonderful things along the way.
